Terms of Service
Last updated 11 August 2026
These terms cover your use of the CEO Sidekick app. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
The service
CEO Sidekick is an assistant application for iPhone that connects to third-party accounts you authorize — email, calendar, file storage and messaging — and helps you act on what's in them. It is operated by Forma.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@example.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Connected accounts
When you connect a Google, Microsoft, Slack or Notion account, you authorize us to access it on your behalf for the purposes described in the privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to grant that access — including, where the account belongs to an employer, that you are permitted to connect it. You can revoke access at any time from the app or from the provider directly.
Acceptable use
Don't use CEO Sidekick to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Send spam, or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Access accounts or data you aren't authorized to access.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Circumvent usage limits or billing.
AI-generated content
The assistant is powered by a large language model. It can be wrong, including confidently wrong. Drafts, summaries, scheduling suggestions and coaching responses are starting points, not advice.
You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send it, schedule it, or act on it. Nothing the app produces is legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.
Subscriptions and billing
- The app includes an amount of assistant usage; heavier use requires a paid plan.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into the app and everything in your connected accounts. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you — storing, processing and transmitting your content to deliver the features you use. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but don't promise uninterrupted access. Features may change, and third-party providers may alter or withdraw the APIs the app depends on, which can affect what works.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law — with notice where we reasonably can.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll update the date above and notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
